types of markings

Considering the diversity of surfaces on which we apply markings as well as our customer’s requirements concerning the durability of horizontal markings we offer:

SURFACE MARKINGS
THICK 0,2 - 0,3 MM

Made by machine by application of two layers (foundation + proper layer) at a pressure of 15 bar on previously cleaned and free of grease concrete or resin surface.

The application of this technology enables the use of different types of paints:

2-component self-curing resin paint based on epoxy or polyurethane resins. Very durable and resistant to abrasion. Curing (drying) time of 12 to 24 hours
road solvent based (or waterborne) resin paint based on acrylic resins. Curing time of 20 minutes to 2 hours

HOT BLASTED
2. SURFACE MARKINGS
THICK 0,4 - 0,6 MM

Created in a process of removing top coat of concrete surface (approx. 200 microns) by shot-blasting machine with 10 cm wide head attachment. In that manner we remove any dirt and develop the contact surface of ground and paint.

The application of this technology enables the use of different types of paints:

2-component self-curing resin paint based on epoxy or polyurethane resins. Very durable and resistant to abrasion. Curing (drying) time of 12 to 24 hours

PLUNGE CUT MARKINGS
THICK 2-3 MM

A machine-made precise cutting, 5 to 20 cm wide and 3 mm deep, in concrete surface with the use of diamond blades. So prepared cutting is later filled with 2-component coloured epoxy resin.

Plunge cut marking is virtually indestructible.
